Cancellation Policy - Please try to give as much notice as possible for cancellations, at least 24 hours if possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start-time will result in charging a $25 cancellation fee to your account.
No shows - In the case of a no-show, a charge of 50% of all fees for the service(s) booked will be applied to your account.
*Please note - These prices are generalized only and are designed to give you a ballpark estimate. Coat condition, skin condition and temperament are all factors that will influence overall price.
Travel Charge:
Please note that for all appointments outside of Grande Prairie, a travel charge of $1.00 per km will be applied.
